Copyright Law
Written works, speeches and computer programs, works of music, works of fine arts including works of architecture and applied arts and designs of such works, photographic works, cinematographic works, representations of a scientific or technical nature such as drawings, plans, maps, sketches, tables and plastic representations as well as other works are subject to copyright protection if they are personal intellectual creations. A registration is not necessary in Germany.
Thus, copyright can be relevant in various constellations, no matter whether they are of an economic, scientific, technical or artistic nature. Therefore, we also cover this area of intellectual property law for our clients.
We support our clients in particular with the following services:
• Advice on product designs
• Judicial and out-of-court law enforcement and defense
• Contracts, in particular license contracts
• In-house workshops
