Thomas Wagner studied chemistry and business administration at the University of Regensburg and completed his studies in 2018 with a master's thesis in the field of organometallics and in 2019 with a bachelor's thesis in the field of Strategic Industrial Marketing.

As part of his doctoral thesis, he subsequently investigated the structure-activity relationship of superplasticizers on the early hydration reaction of cement.

In March 2024, Mr. Wagner joined the Chemistry/Life Science Group at WUESTHOFF & WUESTHOFF as part of his training as a patent attorney. His practice focuses in particular on the fields of chemistry/pharma, clean and green technologies, semiconductors, medical engineering and process engineering.
