Neil Heatlie studied aeronautical engineering at the University of Glasgow before continuing his education with the Open University. His studies encompassed all areas of aerodynamics and flight mechanics with additional studies in mathematical statistics, optimization and probability and included a final year project focused on the applications of renewable energies on small housing developments.
Mr. Heatlie then completed a year studying at Lund University while continuing to study his personal interests in the fields of aeronautics, mechanical engineering, and renewable energies.
Mr. Heatlie started his legal and practical training to become a patent attorney with Wuesthoff & Wuesthoff in September 2019. His core activities are in the fields of aeronautics and space technology, and mechanical engineering.
