Recall | The trademark owner is entitled to a recall in case of trademark infringement. The claim for recall applies to the goods which the infringer has already passed on to third parties. The recall serves to prevent further acts of infringement and to clean up the market. The infringer must attempt to recall the infringing products by requesting his customers to return them. |
